Ladas & Hoopes Law Office was established in 1972 by founding member Paul M. Ladas. Prior to this he served for eight years as the Muskegon County Prosecutor. Paul was later joined by his daughter, Maria Ladas Hoopes and Maria’s husband, Kenneth S. Hoopes in 1995. In December 2006, Maria became a 60th District Court Judge for the State of Michigan.

In 2007, the firm welcomed Jenny McNeill. Jenny came to the firm with 11 years of legal experience. Currently, Paul Ladas, Ken Hoopes and Jenny McNeill serve as the firm's attorneys and practice primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Family Law.
